  • Work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities.

  • Provide market insights and hiring trends to stakeholders.

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals.

  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.

  • Promote the employer brand and encourage the team to proactively take initiatives aimed at attracting top talent.

  • Ensure efficient use of the ATS and maintain accurate recruitment data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience with minimum 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
