Talent Acquisition Lead

We seek a seasoned talent acquisition professional to lead our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to address talent requirements.
  2. Utilize data-driven insights to streamline recruitment processes and improve time-to-hire metrics.
  3. Leverage industry knowledge to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  1. Partner with senior leadership and business heads to align hiring efforts with organizational objectives.
  2. Act as a consultant to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
  3. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Staffing Expertise:
  1. Identify top talent, understand market trends, and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  2. Stay updated on the latest staffing technologies and compliance regulations.
  3. Provide expertise in scaling recruitment efforts during peak hiring periods or client-driven demand.
Employer Branding:
  1. Enhance the organization's employer brand to attract top-tier talent.
  2. Ensure all hiring practices adhere to labor laws, company policies, and diversity initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role.
  3. Strong understanding of internal hiring processes, workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies.
  4. Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes within fast-paced environments.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
