Company OverviewThe International Seller Services team at Amazon requires a skilled professional to lead initiatives aimed at improving Selling Partner and Customer experiences. The selected candidate will oversee the development of process improvements and drive data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of catalog specialists, providing guidance and fostering professional growth
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process controls to align with business objectives
- Design and implement system-level solutions that yield measurable results, driving adoption across teams
- Analyze business cases, collect requirements from sellers, and collaborate with internal teams to develop effective solutions
- Conduct strategic interviews with top sellers, identify listing challenges, and work closely with product teams to address these issues
- Perform data analysis and provide insights to inform business and product decisions
- Cultivate strong relationships with partner teams and stakeholders globally to deliver key business objectives
- Investigate operational or business-specific failures, contributing to the COE process through documentation and root cause analysis
- Minimum 2+ years of project management experience
- Experience leading process improvements and managing operations teams
- B.Tech/M.Tech/Graduation or equivalent professional experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL; knowledge of analytics tools beneficial
We are open to hiring candidates based in Hyderabad, India, or other suitable locations.
Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this position is ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
