Job Overview
We are seeking a senior-level professional to lead our revenue cycle management practice. This is an entrepreneurial leadership role where you will build and grow a business within our organization, leveraging our infrastructure and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a growth roadmap for the RCM practice, aligned with company objectives.
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) accountability for the vertical.
- Create scalable organizational structures as the practice grows.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on building and growing businesses.
- Strong P&L leader with experience scaling revenue cycle management practices.
- Able to establish trust with clients and manage US healthcare stakeholders effectively.
- Process and people leader with risk-taking abilities.
Success Metrics (First 12 Months)
- Smoother transition into full ownership of delivery and client management.
- Acquire 2–3 new RCM clients through partnerships and business development initiatives.
- Establish a tiered team structure with clear service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Meet target gross margin percentages through pricing and efficiency.
