Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts for our wellness product portfolio. This role will focus on building strategic partnerships with insurance agencies to integrate and distribute our wellness solutions as part of their offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure partnerships with insurance agencies to drive sales of One Health Assist's wellness products.
  • Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the wellness and insurance space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at insurance agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align sales initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing models, and contractual terms with insurance partners.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to insurance agency requirements.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
  • Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure long-term partner satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
