Job Description

Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This involves overseeing the operation of direct-to-customer platforms, including company-owned websites, apps, and third-party marketplaces.

Key responsibilities include optimizing website performance, ensuring inventory accuracy, and managing product listings. You will also plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.

Additionally, you will design and manage promotional offers, discounts, and seasonal campaigns to boost customer engagement and sales. Ensure a seamless online shopping experience by implementing fast shipping, easy returns, and excellent customer support.

Qualifications

Education:
