
IT Service Account Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building, retaining, and growing IT services/staffing accounts.
This is a critical role that requires strong communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of sales and recruitment services.
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in client relationship/account management or business development in the IT services/consulting or IT staffing industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing key accounts and translating client goals into delivery plans
- Ensuring SLA adherence and quality
- Negotiating SOWs/MSAs, renewals, invoicing, and collections
- Maintaining a candidate network aligned to client demand and improving time-to-fill
- Tracking account health, pipeline, and forecasts and flagging risks and driving resolutions
