Job Description

As a Fusion HCM Compensation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and enhancing Oracle Cloud Compensation application.

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation application is required.
  • You will be responsible for implementing enhancements and conducting business process analysis, configuration, validation, system integration, and deployment.
  • The successful candidate will work on end-to-end implementation and execution of Annual Workforce Compensation plans for 100 countries.
  • Collaboration with the technical team to modify fast formulas or SQLs based on country-specific requirements is also necessary.
  • You will resolve issues identified during CRPs and UAT.
  • Working closely with the Data team to ensure accurate employee data is loaded in the correct UDTs or External tables.
  • You will provide support on WFA related issues and collaborate with the technical team in case of any issues reported during or post-annual campaign.
