Overview

This role requires an experienced total reward expert to lead the design and delivery of strategic total reward solutions across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving business performance through innovative total reward strategies, as well as experience in developing and implementing customer-centric total reward programmes.

Key responsibilities include leading partnerships with leaders to translate business goals into total reward initiatives, providing expert analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues, and facilitating smooth transition of total reward change.

Strong storytelling with data/business insights is essential for building the case for total reward change and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

  • Advanced business partnering skills, including experience in developing and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders">
  • Expert analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in identifying root causes of issues and making data-driven decisions">
  • Change and project delivery expertise, including experience in facilitating smooth transition of total reward change">
  • Strong storytelling with data/business insights, including experience in building the case for total reward change and communicating effectively with stakeholders">
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience in tailoring style to suit intended audience">
  • Agile and trusted business partner experience, including experience in relationship building and influencing stakeholders at all levels within a global organization">

  • Proven ability to simplify total reward delivery and drive performance within and across business units through total reward insights">"]">
