Total Rewards Manager Job Description
">We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation structures, benefits programs, and performance-driven reward systems that align with business objectives and market competitiveness.

- Benchmarking, salary surveys, and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.">
- Benefits administration, including health, insurance, retirement, wellness, and other programs.">
- Performance management, including annual compensation review cycles, increments, promotions, and bonus payouts.">
- Policy compliance, including statutory requirements, labor laws, and company policies.">
The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure fair, transparent, and performance-driven reward systems.
