Senior Financial Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering top-notch financial services, driving process improvements, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and monthly reporting with high accuracy.
  • Develop and implement efficient templates and processes to streamline finance operations.
  • Spearhead project costing, management accounts, cash flow, and budget tracking initiatives.
  • Analyse financial data and develop actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Utilise advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modelling, macros) to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis.
  • Prior experience in the construction/design industry is a significant advantage.
  • Mastery of advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modelling, macros).
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end accounts processes.
  • Able to work proactively, pay close attention to detail, and collaborate effectively across international teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
