Strategic Procurement Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Procurement Leader to oversee end-to-end procurement processes for indirect categories, develop sourcing strategies, and lead RFPs and supplier selection processes. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, monitor supplier performance, and optimize the supplier base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage End-to-End Procurement Processes: Oversee procurement activities for indirect categories, including IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, and marketing.
  • Develop and Execute Sourcing Strategies: Create and implement sourcing plans to deliver cost savings and value.
  • Lead RFPs and Supplier Selection Processes: Coordinate and execute Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Request for Quotation (RFQs), and manage supplier selection and onboarding.
  • Negotiate Contracts and Agreements: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
  • Build Relationships with Internal Stakeholders: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide procurement solutions.
  • Monitor Supplier Performance: Track and analyze supplier performance, identifying opportunities to improve quality, service, and delivery.
  • Optimize Supplier Base: Identify opportunities to reduce procurement risk and optimize the supplier base.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal Teams: Work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure budget alignment and contract terms.
