Oil & Gas Transformation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Leader to spearhead our efforts in integrating cutting-edge AI, ML, Data, and ESG technologies into our operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with a proven track record of successfully driving digital transformation programs and leveraging innovative technologies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for the integration of AI, ML, Data, and ESG technologies across our global operations
  • Leading cross-functional teams to design and architect business and technology solutions that drive significant value and growth
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted initiatives to address these opportunities
  • Providing thought leadership and guidance on emerging trends and best practices in the industry

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 20+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with a strong blend of consulting, operational, and executive-level experience
  • Proven leadership in global transformation programs or strategy consulting roles
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in leveraging digital platforms (e.g., AI/ML, IoT, Cloud, Advanced Analytics) in Oil & Gas context
