About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for fostering customer partnerships, devising strategic sales initiatives, and nurturing customer relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and elevate customer partnerships to ensure robust connections with key stakeholders
- Devise and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth
- Nurture customer relationships to ensure fulfillment of sales targets
- Diligently update CRM with sales activity records
- Address customer concerns and deliver effective solutions
- Provide precise sales forecasts in a timely manner
- Work in concert with the internal sales team to achieve common goals
Requirements & Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional verbal and communication abilities, proficient computer and technology skills, impressive presentation capabilities, advanced problem-solving expertise, skilled negotiation tactics, and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry / Biotech, with MBA desirable
- 0 to 18 months experience in sales
Additional Details:
This full-time position includes the option to work remotely and offers a competitive salary range of ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on location and individual factors.
