Job Title: Executive Sales Professional - Raw Materials Expert

GFL Recruitment Private Limited is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the placement of top talent in various industries. We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Sales Professional to join our team.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional to work with us and contribute to the growth of our clients' businesses. As an Executive Sales Professional, you will be responsible for promoting and selling raw materials to customers in the Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care industry.
  • Meet with Scientists & Procurement teams of customers to introduce & promote our raw materials.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the selection and use of our raw materials.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Supply Chain, and accounts to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote company products and services.


Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales of raw materials to Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care product manufacturers.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care raw materials and their applications.
  • Fluent in regional language along with English & Hindi.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.


Salary: ₹15,00,000 per annum (approximate) based on location and experience.
