Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Program Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end program management, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, development, and analytics teams to align efforts and ensure consistent delivery.
  • Implement and refine workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness across digital marketing programs.
  • Monitor program performance using data-driven metrics and analytics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-9 years of experience in marketing or project management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and governance skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Teams.
