The role of a Customer Retention Lead is to develop and execute strategies that foster customer loyalty.
- Develop and implement CRM initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective task management.
- Design customer journeys across different lifecycle touchpoints to promote customer loyalty.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics teams, to drive campaign success.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance and provide insights for future strategies.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing in consumer tech or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping techniques.
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing.
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM tools such as Clevertap and MoEngage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment.
