Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Internal Compliance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our internal systems and processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in activities such as execution of detailed programs for audits, review of financial, operational, compliance, and risk systems, processes, and procedures to determine efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with internal policies, procedures, regulations, and industry standards.
  • To ensure timely conduct of the audit and submitting the audit findings.
  • Developing an understanding of the function to be audited and using business knowledge, analytical skills, and experience in identifying findings and improvements.
  • Performing various audits for Sales, Marketing, Purchases, Finance, HR, Inventory, Production, Statutory, and Labour Compliances, etc.
  • Assisting in preparing the audit reports as per the audit findings, providing corrective actions, and improvement plans.
  • Drafting and testing of Internal Financial Control documentation and suggesting measures for better internal controls.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in Internal Audit of wide range of companies like Manufacturing, Real estate, FMCG, Pharma, etc.
  • Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of experience or Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is ₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
