
Platform Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to support and maintain our customers' Adobe Campaign Classic platform.
This role involves handling tickets in a production environment, performing root cause analysis on recurring issues, and implementing permanent fixes.
Additional responsibilities include monitoring workflow, taking corrective actions, and coordinating system-related activities with various technical teams.
The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience with Adobe Campaign Classic (Neolane) and knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, and SQL programming languages.
Experience with different Adobe Campaign modules, such as Message Centre, Content Manager, and FDA, is also essential. Additionally, the candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills and be willing to travel if required.
- Support and maintenance of Adobe Campaign Classic platform

- Coordinating system-related activities with technical teams
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of integration with other applications and have basic knowledge of SQL and Unix.
