
Platform Support Professional

Seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to their work.
- Act as the primary point of contact for users/customers experiencing technical issues or inquiries.
- Troubleshoot platform errors, escalate issues when necessary, and follow through to resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and efficient support process.
- Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices in knowledge bases.
You will work closely with development, QA, and product teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide support during deployment activities, patch updates, and incident management.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A strong understanding of support processes, ticketing systems, and incident management is also required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience) is a must, along with 5+ years of experience in technical support or platform support roles.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript and familiarity with front-end or back-end JavaScript frameworks is a plus. Experience working with SaaS platforms, APIs, or cloud-based environments is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Willingness to work in shifts or provide on-call support is also a requirement.
