Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing the OKTA platform, ensuring maximum security, organisational collaboration and lifecycle automation while delivering a first-class end user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage the OKTA platform in deployment, integrations and where required, migrations to IDAM platforms.
  • Maximise security, organisational collaboration and lifecycle automation.
  • Deliver a first-class end user experience to employees, partners and clients across the global group.
  • Support the business effectively and securely while innovating the Okta environment.

Requirements:

  • Certified to Okta Administrator level or equivalent in another Identity product.
  • A good understanding of IDAM solutions, particularly: Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, G-Suite, AWS.
  • An understanding of SSO implementations including SAML/OpenID integrations.
  • A minimum of 3 years technical experience in IDAM support and implementations.
  • Experience with conditional access controls on access management solutions.
  • Product management and support skills.
  • Collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of AD/LDAP, AAD, AADC, SCCM, Citrix, Okta, Group Policy.
  • Experience of working in global, complex environments.
