Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our in-house OKTA technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing the OKTA platform, ensuring its seamless integration with various systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd line technical support to a wide user base
  • Assist in reporting on all aspects of the OKTA environments for security and audit requirements
  • Support the implementation of strategic IDAM objectives in conjunction with the IDAM Architects
  • Set up Org2org and SCIM Configuration In OKTA
  • Manage designated technical team members
  • Participate in the IDAM Change Management process
  • Maintain CMDB & Service Catalogue & technical documentation relating to IDAM configuration items
Requirements
  • Certified to Okta Administrator level or equivalent in another Identity product
  • A good understanding of IDAM solutions, particularly Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, G-Suite, AWS
  • An understanding of SSO implementations including SAML/OpenID integrations
  • A minimum of 3 years technical experience in IDAM support & implementations
  • Experience with conditional access controls on access management solutions (e.g., Azure AD, Okta)
  • Product management & support
  • Collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of AD/LDAP, AAD, AADC, SCCM, Citrix, Okta, Group Policy
  • Experience of working in global, complex environments
  • Take ownership of service incidents, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders
