
Corporate Growth Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to propel our business forward.
The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in business development, lead qualification, telesales, or inside sales in a B2B outbound environment. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads through marketing campaign follow-up and cold calling
- Set appointments with prospects
- Generate leads through various channels such as email, cold calling, and social media
- Research and identify potential customers using various sources like Sales Navigator and online searches
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and nurture existing leads
- Articulate the value proposition and negotiate initial objections as part of scheduling appointments
- Meet quota of highly qualified leads per month and conversion to an opportunity
Requirements:
- Fluency in regional languages
- Domestic/International calling experience (mandatory)
- Experience in India, US, Europe, and other international markets for IT inside sales/sales is highly preferred
- Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce.com, Discover.org, One Source, Inside View, and Apollo etc.
- Proficient in using Sales Navigator and Email marketing
- Expert in Zoom, Google, Microsoft Teams, or other Virtual conferencing tools and Microsoft Office

Education:
- Bachelor's degree
- B.Tech/BE/ B.Sc in Computer Science/IT or relevant Technical background
- MBA Marketing/Sales/IT/Internal Business is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Flexible to work in India/US/Europe shift hours
