About the Opportunity:

We're seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team in driving growth through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.

This role offers an exciting blend of business development, relationship management, and sales strategy execution.

You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding medium and large enterprises, streamlining account opening processes, and serving as the primary point of contact for their financial needs.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new corporate partnerships and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts and customer experiences.
  • Act as a key ambassador for our brand, fostering strong relationships with HR/finance decision-makers at partner corporations.
  • Cross-sell relevant financial products to customers, focusing on personal loans, credit cards, and investment offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records and meet performance targets for corporate onboarding, account activations, and sales growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).
  • 1–7 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Relationship Management, or similar roles within banking or fintech.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
  • A proven track record of building and managing CXO-level relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end sales closures.
  • High ownership mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with financial products and services.

  • Exposure to credit or payment products and related risk/compliance nuances.
