Account Growth Strategist
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with customers to develop and implement growth strategies, outlining key objectives and performance indicators.
- Measure customer progress toward these goals and report internally and externally.
- Work with account management teams to secure contract renewals and identify opportunities for expanding usage within the customer's organization.
- Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for upsells and participate in pilot results presentations, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and annual business reviews (ABRs) with key accounts.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer success/project management role, with a proven track record of success in managing major accounts.
- Technical expertise in cybersecurity, along with strong analytical and project management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to make independent decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- The capacity to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
