We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the end-to-end AR process, lead a team, and drive efficiency while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Lead and mentor the AR team to ensure high performance and adherence to deadlines.
• Analyze outstanding balances, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues to ensure accurate reporting.
• Drive continuous process improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy in AR operations.
• Prepare, analyze, and present AR reports using advanced Excel skills.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.) to resolve disputes and support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and procedures.

Qualification:

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable & Payable.
• Strong understanding of AR & AP processes and accounting fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, reporting, and automation).
• Demonstrated experience in team handling/leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage AR & AP closure activities independently.
• Exposure to Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) / e-commerce business models is a strong plus.
