Warehouse Management Specialist Job Description

Welcome to the exciting opportunity of being a Warehouse Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing warehouse management systems solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Designing and Implementing WMS Solutions: Document the design, including configuration, technical, and code changes. Manage processes such as:
    • Receipts and Inventory Control
    • Replenishment Strategies
    • Outbound Logistics and Shipping
    • Internal Warehouse Operations and Transfers
    • Inventory Accuracy and Kitting
    • Cross Docks and Transfer Optimization
    • Direct Ships and Drop Shipments
    • Order Fulfillment and Shipping
  2. Testing and Deployment: Assist in quality assurance and user acceptance testing. Deploy solutions in production after successful completion. Provide post-go-live support and address defects quickly.
  3. Post Go-Live Support: Provide level 3 support. Lead the resolution of high-priority tickets related to warehouse operations.
