Job Title: Senior Associate
Description:This role is responsible for engaging with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational goals, challenges, and requirements. The candidate will effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings, emphasizing the benefits of our platform and its features.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational needs
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings
- Counselling will be done in both modes; Face to face with walk-ins and via calling assigned leads
- 100% achievement of monthly assigned calling and admission targets
- Proven experience in sales, preferably 18-24 months in college counselling team especially for colleges with BTech , BBA and Paramedical Programs
- Any Bachelor's degree but ideally BTech in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology for sales-related activities will be a plus
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented individual
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language (both written and spoken)
