Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources professional to lead our people function, building a thriving work environment that aligns with our growth and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including defining job descriptions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and finalising offers.
  • Create and maintain employee contracts in compliance with relevant employment laws.
  • Streamline the timesheet submission process for all employees and contractors, ensuring timely payment and reimbursement.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage salary disbursals, contractor payments, and reimbursements.
  • Foster a culture of employee engagement through initiatives such as birthday and festival celebrations, recognition programs, and team bonding activities.
  • Administer the company's study leave and exam reimbursement policy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably within a startup, consultancy, or remote-first organisation.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR operations, UK employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
