HR Leader

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team in a leadership capacity. As an HR Leader, you will play a crucial role in implementing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and foster a positive work environment.

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Partner with unit leaders to establish and maintain a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and continuous feedback mechanisms.
  • Design and implement performance management systems that include goal setting, regular reviews, and developmental opportunities.
  • Identify high-potential employees and develop tailored development plans to enhance their skills and competencies.
  • Collaborate with the corporate HR team to design and implement individual development plans, focusing on functional and behavioral competencies.
  • Drive recognition and reward programs to motivate high-performing employees and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to hire qualified candidates, ensuring timely hiring and effective onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, including competitive compensation packages and career development opportunities.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field, plus an MBA in HR.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in HRBP roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to lead high-performance teams and drive results-oriented initiatives.
