Job Description:

As a senior HR professional, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement. This includes overseeing the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships, implementing efficient processes, and driving business growth through strategic HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the hiring process, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making job offers
  • Overseeing the implementation of HR systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Coordinating with vendors to optimize costs and minimize risks
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating with employees at all levels, both locally and globally, and facilitating audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in human resources or a related field
  • At least 15 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations, payroll, and compliance
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth through strategic HR initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
