Are you a strategic HR leader seeking a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with labour laws and developing effective HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, and Compliance Management: Lead the full cycle of recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer management. Develop and implement robust onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel welcome and engaged. Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- HR Policy Development and Implementation: Design and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives and promote a positive work culture. Ensure all policies are compliant with labour laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations, Grievances, and Performance Management: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and grievances promptly and fairly. Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance individual and team performance.
- HR Reporting and Analytics: Utilize data and analytics tools to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes. Provide regular reports to stakeholders on key HR metrics and trends.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years' experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and procedures. Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.
- Education: MBA in Human Resources or related field.
