Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and delivering people strategies that drive business growth.

This role partners closely with key stakeholders to support a high-performance culture, manage complex employee relations, and shape key HR programs like performance, retention, rewards, and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement; cost for a fast-paced business.
