Energy Sector Role

This is a high-impact opportunity to support our research and consulting engagements in various fields like biofuels, data center flexibility, grid technologies, and energy policy assessment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping up FSX's energy business from the outset.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct primary and secondary research efforts for ongoing projects. Develop and maintain research models, methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Synthesize research findings for client-ready deliverables. Present project analysis to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support leadership in business development activities by contributing to proposals, discovery documents, blogs, and white papers.
  • Foster strong client relationships, helping establish FSX as a trusted advisor in the energy market.
  • Support internal ideation, brainstorming, and research efforts for concepts and market validation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in science-related field or economics with 3 - 5 years experience in the energy sector, preferably in power, oil and gas, or new energies (Hydrogen/CCUS).
  • Proven experience as an analyst or consultant, preferably in management consulting, market research, or an advisory firm.
  • Strong storytelling and quantitative skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
