Highly Motivated Sales and Education Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated sales and education consultant to join our dynamic team at TheSmartBridge. As an Inside Sales and Educational Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding parents and students through their decision-making process for enrolling into our programs.
This role combines the responsibilities of sales and counseling, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, helping them understand our offerings, addressing concerns, and driving the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities- Sales & Lead Conversion:
- Identify, qualify, and follow up on inbound leads (calls, emails, and inquiries from various sources) to convert them into enrollments, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Present our programs/services to prospective students and parents through calls, emails, or video consultations, effectively communicating the benefits and value of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with students/parents.
- Student & Parent Counseling:
- Act as a trusted advisor to parents and students, answering questions about Skill Wallet, enrollment process, and career pathways.
- Guide students and parents through the decision-making process, providing them with detailed information and recommendations based on their needs and aspirations.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents to discuss academic goals, program fit, financial considerations, and career options.
- Administrative & Coordination Tasks:
- Assist with processing applications and completing necessary documentation for student admissions.
- Organize and schedule follow-up calls, interviews, or consultations for prospective students.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment and onboarding for new students.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, student counseling, or customer service.
- Previous experience in the education industry or with educational institutions is highly desirable.
- Experience in using CRM software or sales automation tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management platforms.
- Comfortable with virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
