Your Role as Education Consultant
">We are seeking a talented and competitive Education Consultant to contact warm leads for our programs via phone and email. Your role will involve consulting potential students on how our programs can help them achieve their career goals. As an Education Consultant, you will be expected to sell with a student-first mentality, providing white-glove service, helping the potential student make an informed decision, and advising them as if they were your family and friends.
Key Responsibilities

- You will advise career changers on how our world-class education from top-tier universities like Wharton, Columbia, INSEAD, MIT Sloan, Berkeley, Kellogg, Cambridge-Judge & Harvard can help launch them into a high-growth career.">
- You will build and manage a pipeline of leads that have inquired about our programs.">
- You will provide in-depth and customized information to interested students via phone and email.">
- You will guide learners through the enrollment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.">
Requirements and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
- ">
- At least 2 years of inside sales/consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets in International Edtech markets.">
- Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.">
- A strong phone presence.">
- The ability to comfortably make 120+ dials and/or emails a day to connect with warm leads.">
- Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).">
- A growth mindset and the ability to implement feedback.">
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a large pipeline with different stages in the enrollment process that require follow-up.">
- The ability to work remotely and hit metrics without being micromanaged.">
Salary Information
">The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
