About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and resourceful IT Talent Sourcing Specialist to join ExcelGens, Inc. in Gurgaon. This role focuses on sourcing and managing top tech talent for our US-based clients. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in identifying and engaging candidates with skills in emerging technologies such as AI, software development, and data science.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing IT Talent: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools to find candidates for a variety of tech roles, including developers, engineers, and data scientists.
  • Track Recruitment Data: Manage candidate information and recruitment progress using MS Office and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure that all candidate data is organized and up-to-date for reporting and analysis.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Take ownership of the recruitment process, from screening resumes and interviewing candidates to scheduling interviews and extending job offers.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with US-based hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ideal candidate profiles, ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay Updated on Tech Trends: Keep yourself informed about the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies. This knowledge will help you better understand candidate skill sets and effectively communicate with both candidates and clients.
  • Ensure a Positive Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, maintaining communication and transparency at every stage.
Requirements
  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on IT or technical roles.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends, including AI, software development, and cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency with Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for tracking data and generating reports.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Night Shift Readiness: Comfortable working US business hours (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM) and staying productive during these hours.
  • Self-Starter: Motivated and proactive, with a desire to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹750,000 - ₹900,000 per annum.
