Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Administration professional to join our team at Accor Hotel.
- Coordinate the expediting of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in preparing requests for quotations to obtain competitive pricing for specifications.
- Obtain quotations from at least three vendors for specifications as directed.
- Prepare budget shells from designer specifications to ensure accurate costing.
- Prepare reports such as bid summaries to track procurement progress.
- Close project files and maintain project storage logs to ensure compliance.
- Maintain disclaimers, credit applications, and vendor information to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Able to maintain Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards at all levels from sourcing to storage.
- Make purchase orders based on approved quotations and follow up with vendors for delivery of materials.
- Maintain product specifications for all items to be purchased and update data in the computer system.
- Provide required goods and services to the operations department.
- Uphold purchasing ethics when deciding upon vendors.
- Other Responsibilities
- Be aware of hotel fire and life safety/emergency procedures.
- Attend all briefings, meetings, and trainings assigned by management.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Graduate or Diploma education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an office administrative role or 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
- Proficiency in Material Control, MS Office, and MS Excel.
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
