The Role

This is a leadership position that requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with clients.

You will lead a team of engineers, conduct design and code reviews, create implementation plans, and develop cloud-native applications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of engineers with a hands-on approach
  • Conducting design and code reviews
  • Creating implementation plans and designing artifacts
  • Developing 'zero-defect software' and test cases
  • Building user interface components and APIs
  • Conducting root cause analysis and proposing solutions

You will also interact frequently with customers to understand their challenges and bring in customer insights to the team.

Additional responsibilities include working closely with the product team and other business teams to determine business priorities.

You will set up processes that ensure high quality and excellence and align with our development principles.

Requirements

  • Strong system design and architecture skills
  • Functional or object-oriented programming skills
  • Expertise in common design patterns
  • Experience in Elixir, Java, Python, Golang, Node.js, Ruby, or PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, or any RDBMS
  • Cloud, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes skills
  • Product development methodologies such as Agile
  • User interface development using modern web frameworks such as React
  • Solution-oriented problem-solving mindset
  • Leadership skills and client interaction experience
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to express yourself
