Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated L1 Support technician with 1-3 years of experience to join our team at Pathirika Network Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to our clients, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Log and track issues in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
- Evaluate escalated issues and provide solutions.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new systems and devices.
- Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation for common issues and solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with common software applications (MS Office, browsers, etc.).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
