Job Title:

Pursue Excellence as a Senior Housekeeping Leader

This role demands exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will oversee the housekeeping operations to ensure impeccable cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic upkeep of all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement high-quality standards across guest rooms and public areas, driving operational excellence and superior guest experiences.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with senior housekeeping leaders.
  • Create comprehensive checklists for daily, weekly, and monthly audits to ensure quality control.
  • Prepare and execute departmental budgets effectively, ensuring cost discipline and minimizing wastage.
  • Facilitate continuous on-the-job training in hygiene, grooming, and housekeeping techniques, promoting staff development and training needs.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess team performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive business growth.
  • Lead staffing activities, including recruitment, performance discussions, and recognition, to promote a culture of internal customer care and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a hospitality or equivalent institute.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in housekeeping, with significant leadership exposure in hospitality.
