Job Title: Hospitality Industry Consultant

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and deliver consulting assignments through hospitality, tourism, and leisure.

This role requires strong project management capabilities, excellent client-facing skills, and a deep understanding of the consulting environment in the GCC.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects, from initiation to completion
  • Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and internal governance
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to Company's SOPs and approval processes
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of consultants, analysts, and external partners to achieve project milestones
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Monitor project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies
  • Support business development activities by managing proposals, timelines, and tender submissions
  • Provide post-project reviews and lessons learned to support continuous improvement
Qualifications & Requirements

•Bachelor's degree: In hospitality management, economics, business administration, tourism, or a related field (Master's preferred)

•Experience: 5-7 years in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors

•Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms

•Additional skills: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and travel to the GCC if required
