Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the operations of a cluster/region with 10-15 properties, each having 40-50 keys.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high service quality experience is delivered to guests, overseeing various functions in their region, including front office, housekeeping, guest relations, F&B, maintenance & engineering, human resources, etc.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand and implement company operations standard operating procedures (SOPs) within your region.
- Oversee hotel/hostel regional operations, adhering to company-defined standards in all departments.
- Develop and foster a positive work environment, promoting high overall productivity.
- Conduct regular audits to monitor service quality, identifying improvements and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage operational budgets, allocating resources effectively and minimizing expenses.
- Enhance guest satisfaction by addressing escalations, implementing service improvements, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality/hotel management.
- Min. 6 years experience in the hospitality industry, with extensive operational experience in managing multiple properties or regions.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling teams, managing diverse operations, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English and local language.
- Willingness to travel and manage hotels/hostels across various locations.
