Key Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain rates, availability, and promotions across online platforms to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Maintain property listings (photos, descriptions, amenities) are accurate and up-to-date to enhance guest experience.
  • Support in maintaining rate parity across online platforms and direct channels to drive occupancy and visibility.
Performance Tracking
  • Track daily bookings, cancellations, and occupancy trends from online platforms to inform revenue strategies.
  • Prepare basic reports and share insights with the team to drive data-driven decisions.
Required Skills & Attributes
  • Basic understanding of online platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Goibibo, MakeMyTrip, etc.) to effectively manage online distribution.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets to analyze and present data insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing rates & inventory to minimize errors and maximize revenue.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and drive results.
