Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate with design and production teams.

- Curate seasonal collections balancing classic and innovative styles.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries and minimal stock issues.
- Support sales and marketing with product knowledge and merchandising tools.
- Define pricing and positioning strategies based on cost and market analysis.
- Oversee quality control and adherence to production timelines.
- Lead product launches from concept to rollout.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product flow.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years' experience in product merchandising (jewelry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of jewelry trends, market, and customer preferences.
- Skilled in product lifecycle management, inventory, and supply chain.
- Collaborative team player with strong analytical and research skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with merchandising tools a plus.
- Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Jewelry Design, or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
