Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Insights Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing an organization-wide data collection system.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Collection and Analysis: Design and implement data collection systems to drive quality improvements and optimize datasets.
  2. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key resource for process improvement teams and departments regarding quality data management and statistical analysis.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage company data to enhance product and process performance.
  4. Advanced Data Mining and Analysis: Utilize advanced data mining and analysis techniques to drive quality improvements and optimize datasets.
  5. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and deliver regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in Data Analysis: Proficient in data analysis, data visualization, and data gathering techniques using Python.
  • SQL Querying: Strong ability to write basic to advanced SQL queries.
  • Shell Scripting and Linux: Proficient in shell scripting and Linux.
  • REST API Experience: Experience with REST APIs is a plus.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent oral and written communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Problem-Solving and Data Structures: Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in product development.
  • Data Transformation Methods: Understanding of various data structures and common data transformation methods.
