Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to collect, process, and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.

About the Role:

  • Gather and analyze large datasets from various sources to drive business initiatives.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Translate business questions into actionable insights and provide recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
  • Extract valuable trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform forecasting and optimization.
  • Evaluate business performance using statistical analysis.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries and processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Familiarity with Excel and at least one scripting language (Python, R, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
  • Experience with CRM or marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot).

The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights.
