Job Opportunity: Luxury Retail Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our retail operations and drive sales in our Gurgaon store. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills, a passion for fashion, and a proven track record of achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Oversee all aspects of our retail operations, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets, focusing on high-value jewelry sales.
  • Foster a positive work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations.
About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • End-to-end ownership of the store, including inventory management and stock control.
  • Building and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and closing high-value jewelry sales.
  • Developing and executing sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of luxury brands, fashion trends, and the latest developments in the retail industry.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably in Indian designer brands.
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNIs at a personal level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
