Job Title

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Trainer – Wealth Products to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions on wealth management products, solutions, and services tailored for high net worth individuals and institutional clientele.
  • Provide continuous support and guidance to new relationship managers, helping them integrate smoothly into their roles and understand product offerings.
  • Monitor and follow up on performance metrics, ensuring relationship managers achieve business objectives and become profit centers in the shortest possible time.
  • Assist relationship managers in preparing for relevant industry certifications and compliance requirements, offering resources, study plans, and coaching.
  • Teach effective pitching techniques and client engagement strategies, focusing on relationship building, trust, and value-based selling to high net worth individuals and institutional clients.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and remedial training where necessary to help relationship managers overcome challenges and enhance their skills.
  • Collaborate with management to track performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans to drive results.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in wealth management, financial products, or similar domains. Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring teams is highly desirable.
