Senior Manager/Chief Manager: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Wealth Management team as a Senior Manager/Chief Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned executive to lead and manage a high-performing team, driving business growth and delivering outstanding results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and provide solutions to clients based on their requirements, ensuring timely and regular follow-up with leads and tagging them on broadcasts and news articles.
  • To increase client base by meeting new clients, taking references from existing investors and building AUM.
  • To initiate portfolio review of existing investors in a timely manner, upsell and cross-sell products to existing investors and keep them updated on primary and secondary market trends.
  • To share regular updates with investors regarding schemes, research papers, etc.
  • To conduct regular marketing activities in coordination with the regional marketing team and product team.


Requirements:
  • Excellent socializing and relation-building skills, able to communicate complex information clearly and simply.
  • Able to analyze client requirements based on financial goals and have strong logical and numerical ability.
  • Ability to deal with stress and follow procedures, having good emotional stability and conscientiousness when achieving targets.
  • Able to identify opportunities for greater profit and follower of guidelines and compliance needs, closely monitored and responsive to requests for documentation.


Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Candidate should have a minimum 7-12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning & Investment Advisory.
  • Possession of requisite certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Exposure to all wealth instruments (Insurance, FD, Mutual Fund, PMS, AIF, etc.).
  • Proven track record of AUM generation.
  • AUM size minimum 30 cr.
